GM Al, I keep saying we have till about 2040 before it all falls apart. 2035 is when the SS trust fund runs out, which will reduce SS benefits by 1/3. And current millennial and Gen-Z workforce habits will reduce ponzi scheme SS contributions from wages even further.

A few years after that with half the country impoverished, the US will default on its debt. And then the shooting will start.
