I mean..would anyone prefer those shares to be issued for services? NO....they have to pay .21 per share. No gifts.

Do you think an exercise @ .21 and sell of 50,000 shares would be a smart move at this time...NO. The only smart time would be when there is significant volume driven by news where the share price would be at least .50 cents or higher. And that is still risky.

There is not enough shares in the outstanding and float for anyone to be alarmed. There is actually nothing alarming what so ever by this little filing. It is nothing.

You would actually need those shares to enter the when something happens news worthy.
