This is awesome!!!! How crazy can you get????

I provided a link to a press release filed with the SEC but released by the Company announcing its liquidation. In other words, the Company's liquidation has been proven definitively.

This, of course, means it is completely dead. It would be EXTREMELY MISLEADING to say that a liquidated company has any life whatsoever.
