You realize it's the EXACT opposite, right?

Elite has the API quota..............and Adderall sales are THROUGH THE ROOF.

Lannett was having doubts and told Elite they want to YET AGAIN extend the Adderall Agreement after JUST RECENTLY notifying Elite they want to terminate it.

Elite told them you better DISCONTINUE Adderall IR or we're not resigning...........because if they didn't discontinue it they could just notify Elite at any time YET AGAIN that they want to terminate the Agreement.

Elite ain't playin' their games anymore.

Maybe Lannett pulled a power play on Elite and forced a renegotiation heavily weighted in Lannetts favor
