Bioamber is NOT bankrupt by the US Delaware bankruptcy court, that is the truth that makes your statement false at present time, we all know what occurred but was to help Bioamber Sarnia which was in trouble with the investment of KKR/Lcyb and Visolis/who Mr Dugar, huge scientist worked for DOE and was a member of Pwc, they never wanted to dissolve Bioamber Inc, but to increase value after a few years and buyout the shares when they reach the value they agreed on the buyout with a merger to combine Bioamber's technology into other companies eg. Suncor with Mitsui, Lcy chemical, Visolis, basf, etc (Lanzatech), (the judge said it was for the best interest of ALL stakeholders), this is all government support, they can cheat anybody, but not the government, so Bioamber shares are very protected
