How are my TMDI brothers and sister doing?

Why does the share price ignore the fact that Medtronic will be buying this company in the next 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 months?........What about the guys who have been saying Buy Buy Buy, since the share price was $3.75 or far higher truth be told? .....Wat is with that?....

What is going on with the fundamentals here? ......I have been buying since the share price hit $73 dollars. Yup, that is right. Because good stocks and brilliant stock go up over time right, so this has been a hard lesson for me the past 6 years (look at TMDI's long term chart)

I have purchase blocks as follows, as I Scooped and scooped as follows"
400 shares at $69 dollars
500 shares at $54 dollars
958 shares at $39 dollars
350 shares at $19 dollars
and because I believe when something goes down, you really must scoop and scoop like a woman in a Macy's dept store with a credit card

I hit her hard as she came below $12.
I bought 1,700 shares at $11.50 (using MY PENSION MONEY!)

AND THEN i REALLY HAMMERED HER
2,350 purchased @$8.20
500 purchased at $5.50
500 shares purchased at $3.25
1100 shares purchased at $2.65 (I kept scooping but was running out of money, plus I borrowed money from a home equity loan to buy the rest described blow.
1,300 shares @$1.90

600 shares more recently @ $1.12
3,000 shares at .85 cents
923 shares at 75 cents
567 shares at 65 cents
256.5 shares at 56 cents
85 shares at 51 cents

and most recently I bought

43 shares at 48 cents
and then
13 shares at 44 cents.
6 shares at 42 cents.
I am a little tapped out right now....they call this impecunious.

I have so many shares because I am a scooper. In the meantime, my wife divorced me this past year. The final divorce decree was issued on august 12, 2022. She got the house, I got all these shares....
I have almost hundreds of thousands of share now..... shares and shares and shares that I scooped....now....I blew my entire pension, blew a lot of the equity on our home.

I am doing well nonetheless.
