cap under 1 m, 40 guys at 25k each, we don't we just take this out and sit with it

projected 20 m revs for 22. Housing market is 4 years of supply behind, will not catch up. last time it went up 38x in 6 days. 1/3 to 1/2 of all home sales cash buyers, interest rates not affecting supply-demand issues but they make good headlines, scare the sheep.
