I wouldnt have a problem with the incentive plan if DAN the dilution machine ALLEN wouldnt get granted with 1M options and Knudsen with 1.5M each at 21 Cents. It is looking very fishy that the incentive plan dont have to approved by the shareholders because the BOD gets the option. I wouldnt have a problem either if they "only" put 50.000 options in their pockets and the excercise price would be above 1 dollar.
