No one questions that the government, the U.S. Treasury, is entitled to receive the first set of profits that come out of Fannie and Freddie, because it agreed to provide emergency funding in 2008.

This should be questioned too. Emergency funding was never needed. In fact, it was FORCED upon the GSE's by Paulson himself. COERCION! Sealed docs will prove this. I hope plans are in the works to push this issue as well.
