The Good News Is Brian Esposito Is the "Chief Strategy Officer" of EV Hotels and the Keyword is "STRATEGY". That means he was sitting at the table when the PLPL was agreed upon in a LOI. That means he agreed to it. This is important because I saw an interview with him in which he said he doesn't blindly jump into deals and he never puts his name on anything unless its solid. I will find this interview and post it.....this means Brian felt this deal was solid folks. He combed through it already and we have gotten this far because he agreed on it....no need to be worried at this point if Brian Esposito strategized this deal!!!
