While we are constructing our permanent website that will support our brand and league going forward, we want to point out that we have also acquired MLFB.PRO. There you will find a league overview, as well as basic compliance and investor data, including an automated SEC filing archive, an automated press release feed, stock data, and email subscriber intake. We have also recently retained a seasoned Investor Relations Firm, Emerging Growth Services, to help guide our investor messaging and the amplification of our investor value proposition.

Our team, vision, focus, and institutional financial support have reached a true inflection point at the right time. NFL regular-season game telecasts averaged 17.1 million viewers during the 2021 season. That was up 10% from the year before — and the highest regular-season average since 2015; NFL games ranked in 48 of the top 50 telecasts. Fans consumed 370 billion total minutes, up 18%, and the highest figure in six years. CBS Sports Chairman Sean McManus had this to say: “The fanbase gets more and more rabid every year. and the storylines get more intriguing every year, So it’s a freight train going down the tracks. It’s just gaining speed, and gaining momentum, every single year." The NFL and by extension the sport in general are extremely popular, MLFB anticipates this translating to a successful 2023 season.
