If nobody has dug deep on the second lawsuit, I guess I'll start opening all the way back.
If BYOC doesn't have attorney's representing itself in this case would believe they aren't too worried about liability.
Would think like you and believe who currently owns Service 800 would be responsible as well. The original documents filed showing who is liable should clear up the question. Could all be about a period in time. The contract that closed on Service 800 could have stipulated who was responsible for previous liabilities. Maybe kept BYOC out of this case.
Guess that's what lawyers are for.
