Vote_NO WAY_on consolidation_with LPI._Our Bearing_shares
should be a "reward" to the ultimate owner of the Maricunga Lithium Project (3rd largest lithium pool in Chile) not a sad "throw in the towel" defeat like this. The ozzies have done absolutely nothing extraordinary on this project in the last 5 years to deserve such a generous "reward". If anything the ozzies should be giving Bearing 60 million shares of their own for us to have stayed loyal to this project for the last 5 years of continual deadline misses, false schedules, ineptitude & flops when everyone jeered us for being such gullible uncomplaining partners to these AWOL drunks/rummies/incompetents.
