And so it goes. Someone(s) sitting at the trigger daily to hold this in neutral with downward pressure. Most likely M's with help. Who knows if insiders involved but surely no one from the company helping with stabilizing the PPS. Obviously someone does not want this to climb on low volume or any size volume. Just my opinion.
