I would venture to guess that news and financials are coming with the aforementioned filings and QB uplist submittal.

Playing one note on an instrument is not considered music, but is rather just noise. I can hear music beginnings on the company side. It certainly is not a unified symphony yet, however the musicians are starting to take their seats and tune their instruments. Much more likely to be productive than a rhythmless drum pounder making noise.
