Yep i hear yeah buddy, and that may be the case. BUT if i take off my rose-colored glasses from being a shareholder here, one must ask why BYOC/Service 800 isn't counter suing her for Millions?? Why is that? Also you and me are convinced that everything moving forward hinges on the case, i know Boris on Twitter didn't agree with us as it's not in the M&A for the Eletric Build merger. As we said regardless of that, there are too many unknows for this merger to go through imo and then now looky at the dates of this case being pushed to. Pretty big coincidence that the 8k pushed the new deadline for the merger to Oct 31...hmmm with these potential delay's forthcoming a BYOC's lawyers not being available after Oct 31 through Nov 18th, if this doesn't come to a conclusion before the 31st i'd expect to see another 8K the week before pushing the potential merger to the end of December or even into 2023. IMO after reading the court docs, this is Jean's plan and has been all along. Drag it out as long as she can and make $BYOC/Service 800 to just give in and concede! If we see another 8k before months end we will know with 100% certainty this suit controls everything moving forward.

I am writing to update the Court on the status of the proceedings in the related matter of Jean Mork
Bredeson v. Service 800, Inc. and Beyond Commerce, Inc., Hennepin Court File No. 27-CV-20-
3476. A jury trial is presently underway before Judge Klein and is expected to continue through the
week of October 10, 2022.
In this case, the Green Valley matter, the parties are presently operating under the Court’s Order
Continuing Trial (Docket No. 52). The Court’s current Order places Green Valley in the October 31
to November 18, 2022 trial block. Given these dates, I wanted to proactively update the Court that
should the Green Valley trial require rescheduling, I am unavailable from November 18 to November
28, 2022, due to a long-standing personal commitment. And, I am certain opposing counsel will also
have their own scheduling concerns as well. The Plaintiff respectfully suggests that all parties and
the Court may be well served by the Court convening a brief status conference once the Bredeson
trial concludes.
Please do not hesitate to contact me should the Court have any questions. I will copy all parties on
this communication.
Very truly yours,
