IMO regardless which direction the lawsuit goes, it's conclusion will send this stock north! IMO it will not be all roses like most think here, that Jean doesn't have a case, if that were the case this would have long been over. Imo most likely it will be split where both parties win and lose like most settlements. I've been thinking a lot about this case and what it potential could mean to $BYOC and how it potentially has been the real hold up for everything here. That includes Service800. Yes I said it Service800, we all know my thoughts about this division of BYOC or my hatred for it. We'll looking more into the lawsuit, if Geordan/Daniel showed growth in this division it could have been very detrimental to this case, especially when they've offered Jean to buy it back. Maybe just maybe this lawsuit played a bigger part, maybe not, maybe it just sucks! We'll all see soon enough if they've been playing possum. I absolutely believe this case is the hold up with the merger moving forward. If they lose this, how much do they lose?? How do they pay for it?? They have no cash, so it means more dilution from Discover, and how does that play off the Electric Built merger. Lots of unknowns until this case is complete. Should have conclusion anyday now!
