HPNN owns no part of digitalnothing, per HPNN's own filings.
This means HPNN investors own no part of digitalanothing, although Petey used HPNN to funnel cash into his own pocket from HPNN shareholders, and now refuses to pay ANY of the money back to those he fleeced out of the cash.

HPNN and its CEO owe $9 million to just one person and that person has required (through the courts) that the CEO attend a debtors exam and bring with him all financial records, as part of the attempt to seize assets. Since Petey personally owns the shares in the private entity digitalnothing, those shares are also assets subject to seizure by any of his creditors.

HPNN itself has no assets and is financially insolvent.
