$FOMC has extended the maturity on its $50K loan to $HMLA to 12-31-2023 and waived all defaults in preparation for Reg A financing to go live; final 1-A/A filed by $HMLA last week for up to $3MM funding; no objections to FOMO trademark filed since 09-27 posting in USPTO Gazette.
