I think you bring up the most important point regarding bryostatin. Arguments can be made that other drugs could benefit synaptic health. Arguments could be made that something other than synaptic health is of more importance to AD pathology. What can not be argued is if synaptic health, including regrowth of synapses is important to AD that bryostatin is the clear leader of this hypothesis due to years of research REGROWING synapses. I agree that the odds of success are higher than single digits.
