Hay, thanks for the response. What if Albright allows Amazon to go back to NCAL? Will Facebook, Google and Amazon be so quick to settle if they are back in California? Meanwhile Apple and AT& T are non participants. I have on good authority that Bill Parish, the negotiator, is not active on our case...defendants must not be too anxious to cut a deal. The first trial is scheduled for next May and will likely be postponed a couple of months given our Judicial System. From your post it seems like this is the mostly likely time for a settlement? If the stock/ company ever gave us a chance to sell above 2 cents that would be a major improvement but with the lack of positive announcements and continued dilution at a half a cent that wont happen until this is all said and done IMO.
