Today's Court update. All previous trial days are listed as "Hearing Held In Person" including today. Not Jury Trial. Tomorrow is now a Case Management Conference. Wonder what the hold up is? It is a really screwy case to read through with all of the fluff in the accusations from Bredeson in my opinion. Maybe that is the reason for the conference? As i understand it they are usually held right before a trial to narrow the scope of the complaint. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I am in the Music industry not the Legal Profession. lol
