Well, I agree to a certain extent....I think people are still concerned with collections. However, there is one item they can collect and that's the company, Rontan. I know they want the dollars, but that's a start hopefully that process is easier to secure....any news on collections, even if its $1m will cause the earthquake we need.

I see a decision before the end of the year....regardless of people thinking Q1 next year....the decision will catch people offguard....
