Profit from the 3 oxides: - -$142,547,000.00

My guess Niocorp will produce the following amounts when compared to MP materials & the Top 3 other U.S. projects (& This could be low!) :
600 tons per year Ny/Pr = 600,000kg x $173 = $103,800,000 (not far off Grunt's estimate!)
24 tons per year of Tr = 24,000kg x $2,383 = $57,320,000
120 tons per year of Dy = 120,000kg x $495 = $59,400,000
Total REE annual value prior to OPEX = $220,520,000 Million
(Niocorp could potentially generate @$600million cash flow prior to OPEX per year & Rival or exceed MP materials market Cap of @$5.4B! once in production. "Those are some nice apples!"... all T.B.D. of course)
***Plus possible improved recoveries for Niobium & Titanium & Scandium & additonal byproducts...
Given all the recent events & upcoming announcements & presentations... I'm not giving up my front row seat! October 2022 Surprise time?
So far, I am surprised Niocorp has not announced Phase 1 Demo results nor the upcoming REE conference or the 1st Scandium Symposium scheduled for Oct. 17th-20th in Nevada??
