Its simple!! I my opinion.

Statements that company has no revenue...a lie
Statement they have no profit...a lie
Statements they have no history...a lie
Statements they have not expanded..a lie.
Statements any management has stated RE worth $2B(not even sure if pesos or dollars)...a lie.
Statements management started as plumber, janitor etc....absolute unsubstantiated made up lie!
Statements there is "abnormal selling" or other manipulation...made up, unprovable, stated for months,...lie
Statements about company value worth $5M......unsupported madeup, no source of realistic calculation, "opinion" (book value more than that!!)
Statements cafes and conglomerate have no evidence of sales from outside financial sources...proven a lie
Challenges to post better OTC pink stocks that have proof of being followed, that have better stats or financials.....unanswered!!!

Lies to investors once, shame on those.
Lies to investors twice, shame on those
Lies to investors thrice or more....validity....nonexistent.

Simple!!!
