Because the GXII deal has put this project on the radar. Now the announcement of all the additonal value in REEs, will be broadcasted to a much bigger crowd of investors.

The more i look at it, the more i think GXII is just the setup man for their $30M penalty to walk away.

The value here is absolutely undeniable. This has a long way up to go. Years worth.

Sometimes its Skil, Sometimes its Luc.
