Just for the record, I own four gold mining companies (BTG, KGC, GORO and FTCO). All are down. With the price of gold falling because of the strong dollar, we could see a significant drop in earnings this quarter, A six to eight percent drop in price over the last three months is not good for any minerals company. It is also not good for dividends. When the dollar starts to sink we should see gold return to $1800+.
