SMH! If Cooley is involved it is a scam. Why don't you do some research instead of just reading the company created hype and believing all of the hype that is a great way of losing your investment.

What Sanchez calls a merger is using the SSM created Preferred Share that was sold to Krisa and Krisa sold it to Omnis - just because you don't understand what happened doesn't mean it isn't true - there wasn't a merger.
