Were you invested in Humanigen before it did a reverse split?

Care to give your opinion as to why you think it is sitting on the Nasdaq @ $.17usd waiting to be delisted? My reading on the stock even though it’s a biotech stock is that it did the reverse split for the same reason NioCorp is doing theirs.

Seems to me Shorts would do well to find RS stocks
I think it was Walter who mentioned can you imagine how badly our stock would be shorted if we didn’t have the 11 to one up front dilution. Although not being a financial wizard, I really didn’t understand that logic, if our stock price appreciates and our shares our diluted.
