1. Amendment 3 - NWS changed the 10% interest to “you pay me all your future earnings forever”. The new lending term is simply illegal. It is not right even for slavery.

2. NWS is clearly a stick up. Weeks before they announced the NWS, FHFA and UST were told by Ms. McFarland that Fannie would be in golden era of profitability. A few months after the NWS announced, Fannie and Freddie were able to pay UST $141B interest for a $191B loan. It is 73% interest. That’s usury.
