It is risky, but when we see Johnny acting snotty we should try to make him correct to better. For instance, if I want to talk to Johnny about Viva and walk towards him one hour before close while he is standing doing nothing at the vivalivetv sales booth and he turns away because he doesn't feel like talking to someone or working while only being paid minimum from corporate, I should say hi Johnny and give him a 100 dollar bill to revive his excitement and bring out his true spirit instead of two bit man first impression.
