I know you read the boards here all the time.

Just wondering, because there has been less mention of anyone trying to buy your insolvent company and less of those bogus funding imminent and we are changing our transfer agent stock promotion tweets. You may now realize there are no safe harbor protections from pumping or misleading on a twit stock promotion page or colluding with insiders to spread material non-public or false info.

And I see no disclosure from one of your followers who says he is meeting with lawyers to try to scam the gullible into funding something. That follower indicates he also is a shareholder. He would be required to disclose his conflicts and HPNN holdings.

this Company has a badass as a CEO. I had an attorney at some BS hearing today to ensure our investment was protected with proper representation. He did not need it. So now we are helping with resources. Beyond proud! The other side should worry now.
