Damn! I almost brought this yesterday. I'm glad I didn't. The thing I hate about OTCQB tickers is that I see this quite often with them. They do this because they know they have to maintain a min price bid of .01 to maintain OTCQB status so when you see them go way under .01 there is a chance the company may do a R/S. Sorry for those who got caught in this one.
