Another week goes by to start OCTOBER now! Time moves so quickly yet ECSL takes forever ... but there is always another tomorrow.

57 more business days in the year by my count. Not sure how many market days but time is slipping away if this is going to happen in 2022. The smart money is betting on 2023 or beyond.

Keep in mind, on July 12th the lender's attorney was "not yet completely satisfied" prior to Lorton's passing. Seems to me like probate moved this a step back to the agreement between parties rather than final approvals and closing.

I will keep you updated as we continue to move forward with the closing ...

An update from the company would be more than appropriate at this point. Once the court allows the transaction to proceed it is most likely that it will go back into the attorney loop for additional scrutiny.

At least we get the annual report next week to see how many more shares went out the door through June. We know we should at least hear that next week (10/13).
