Just recently Chan filled heavily AEI - DSS and on top of all that he took the action purchased 1,000,000 shares at the open market prices between 22 to 27 cent.

Chan owns over 80 million common shares or about 54%. AEI Institutional Ownership about 7% that is 61% held by insider and institutional. Float is 57,917,803
The question is... When Chan is willing to take action and deal his cards? I don't know the answer but I am ready to capture all the action here. One thing that is for sure. Chan acquired all these shares not for decoration he is desperate to get pps higher so at the end of the year he can earn his yearly salary and the bonus as well.

Keep in mind he only get pay if he manage to get the PPS higher or growth on revenue and Asset.
