But this is all old stuff. Since when does somebody not need to file especially if the COMPANY needs to dilute?!

They would have made announcement…

But if you look at the financials, you can see there was a lot of people that bought .0001’s and probaly converted them now.

What you should be asking is who is buying them? Cause if that were me I wouldn’t sell any of them.
