I remember when ENDV was kicked off of Twitter for spreading COVID fake news to pump their stock and try to attract new bag holders. LOL!!!!

Getting kick off of Twitter began their decline since they couldn't get volume to keep up with the constant dilution.

This deal will not close because they will not be able to raise $30 million to acquire a construction company during rising interest rates and being a penny stock needing a reverse stock split.

They are pumping the stock to desperately not need a reverse stock split before they try to raise more debt. Their note holders are unloading about $10k in stock per day.
