1- Why reverse split having 6,000,000,000 unused A/S
2- Why would Leon R/S knowing very well that following such a move our unjustifyably low market cap would be crippled even more.

Dilution, R/S, Creditors behaviors, ... you seem to use all possible scare tactics, God only knows for what reason ???.

If someone has some feeling (maybe even knowledge) relative to what is coming, it's not I neither is it you. We know about the past, most of us want to believe Leon not to be an outright JA (or worst) and hopefully, shareholders do understand the risk/reward environment we are in.
