10 percent was a very reserved number.

More like 17%...I did not do the exact math, it's not critical ATM.

The point is... the PR did improve PCTL.s SP.

Unlike some "Pro's" might erroneously claim that it had no effect..

Granted I'm looking well down the road for multiples. Several pennies... dime possibly?
