Neither quarterly, nor NT, nor annual did it.

Only 2 things might prompt any kind of positive action for MVNT.

Number 1 would be a merger of any sort (Velocity, SGX, Petrochem, etc.).

Secondary would be an upgrade to OTCQB.

Promotion back to Pink Current is practically guaranteed now. Only an Attorney letter is required. So probably not much reaction for either of those 2 events.
