I will also state for the record (IR)...I beforehand and as still now today...Do not believe the 'IR guy' has our best interests in mind/at heart. His negative attempt here as 'cougar1' and his focus on the 'stupid old franchise tax issue'...Which came from the prior shell 2Begin with...speaks volumes as to his 'real' support...NOT-Here with the longs!...Also I believe he has shared communications or has something to do with Designer Portfolio...

...{Case study: The PR that came out a little while ago...that spoke of the dividend delay until the 15th...It was by fact and chance that I was communication with the BOD at the time (asking if they planned on a timely release of Dividend PR)...and was sent a preliminary copy to review only minutes before its final-version release...Then DesignerPortfolio...Asked the board here..."I'm wondering 2c and Benzdealer2--were you guys in Mtrl yesterday to "approve" the PR?"...So, that the case...IR, is NO good!...DesingerPortfolio..Is NO Good! (That was onvious here anyway-But helps tell the whole story)...End of Story! and...DD without boundaries! ;)...

...Simply said, I do NOT see eye to eye with I.R....And if at all possible...I think we could do better. ;)

P.S. BTW, If IR and Bobby would stop 2Think…If a way ‘out’ of those unrelated tax issues…Suppose AURC was to be merged, consolidated and/or operated under another, once fully reported with Audited ASSETS and Financials…Thereby removing the non-reporting entity of AURC from DE as it was then only temporary-parking 2Begin with. ;)…possible solution?
