Actually they don't just update the SOS with new AS and since they are not reporting then they could issue as many as they wanted without notifying anyone. You may wish to go research other stocks the current members and past board members have been involved with.

Nothing will change here...no filings will come to fruition, no contracts on infrastructure and the court case seems to be going against the company as well. Good reading if you dig a little...just my honest opinion. :D enjoy the day
