I think that it is good that the CEO has been communicating some updates through twitter. PRs are for definitive contracts.

If she goes silent, I am 100% sure that those who keep complaining about twitter will complain even more about the silence.

Trading here is risky and we all know it. I would just trade what I can afford to lose!
