Because there is never any actual news. Even this release says they are just going to update on “marketing initiatives”. Those kinds of updates, “we’ve partnered with xxxxxxx to have a link to our website from their unrelated website”, are what you expect to hear from a brand new company before production really even starts. Not a company that’s been operating for a decade and can’t get past step two.

Ubqu’s main business is selling shares, and the ‘initiatives’ are weak attempts to keep investors on the hook. This company does not care about raising the actual value of the company. Never has and never will.
