I know it sounds that way! I’ve been saying this for weeks he’s setting it up for an Iron clad option BUT. With him justdenied the questions for jury doesn’t that make you feel a bit of ( what if) ???

The evidence and facts he’s wanting the jury to see is one thing but for a one sided jury who are Obama etc supporters things may not go to plan. After verdict The judge has the final say anyway. Which would carry more weight to appeal. If the jury found that damages are payable then that’s hard to appeal and over turn.
