They have failed to secure a new narrative with letters of intent so they are trying to reboot the current build as ongoing which is BS. They are now calling the property purchase a good story from which to sell new shares with a reg "A" offer? These offerings only work for growth stories. This one need funds to bail out the defaulted debt from the previous 2 failed treatment centers. They may use the reg "A" and probably a claim for an up-list attempt to sell the reverse split, but I doubt they raise much from a direct offering if they even procure one. At this point the reverse split is a given in my opinion. It is just a matter of how long the continue to putter along with these delusive press releases.

The Agreement also provides for a seller’s note which will provide the majority of the balance of funds necessary to close the deal. The company plans to raise additional equity for the purchase through a Regulation A financing.
