For example....in the past year the OS has gone up 35 M to 148 M. It was at 113 M for the longest time. However I believe the 35 M shares added were for the recent CEO action in June and not any dilution.

So why this has fallen so much? 100% due to low volume selling from people who are bore of a company doing no PR or IR at all combined with a bad overall bear market.
