Broker, Self-Serving PP's is NOT the Legal way...

to Reward executives, particularly, when the number of shares will double, also changing control of the company... Florida has Laws against that and they're going to be used to try and rescind the PP in its present form...

Besides, Management of a start-up company cannot expect huge Rewards and I don't believe that George was making that much at JCPenney...

The correct way is to issue Warrants or Options, as discussed in previous posts... So far Management hasn't done very much at all, worth boasting about and, in my view, it's not Credible (see last PR) or trustworthy (Lies made at the last shareholders' Meeting)...
