Wrong, A CEO’s primary obligation is to improving the company and taking care of its employees first, share holders will reap there profits from the success of the company. Without happy employees and an improving company status there will be no company. Bishop is not a shareholder’s babysitter; he is the CEO of a company which is his first and most important obligation. It has been understood form the inception of owning “The Plant” that the 50 billion shares were earmarked for The Plant and other endeavors, the diluting was a given. Bishop owns 1mil preferred shares in the company that went to him when he took over the company, one can only guess how many common shares he owns. He’s not trying to dilute the company in to oblivion. Share holders do not control a company nor direct its internal workings. If a share holder dislikes a company they take there loss and move on to greener pastures. As for peaches and cream, no I’m a realists living in and understanding the real world and how it works.
