yep. There really is no communication of what "POUNCE" is because he doesn't want to share it to shareholder's for a reason and that reason is already suspicious enough. if Retail own most of his company, then they should have the right to know. AA doing a stock split without a vote because of a loophole is already bad enough for retail and that too is already suspicious enough.
